this Building hAS GOOD BONES …. yet, Needs a renovation
We purchased this building situated directly across the street from the municipal center of the City of Farmington Hill in December of 2024. Since then, we began planning for a 3-phased renovation: (1) Re-Occupancy, (2) Wing 1 Renovation, (3) Wing 2 Renovation. We began with and continue to develop a healthy communication with the City as we progress.
